A few of my grandfather’s photos

I didn’t now either of my grandfathers very well.  My fathers dad died when I was about two and I only met my mothers father once that I can remember.  We walked through his garden and he told me about the plants, their uses and their natural habitats.  I remember enjoying the fact that he didn’t talk to me like I was a little kid.  More adults should try that.  Many, many years later when my own parents died I found a box full  of negatives that he had shot in the 50s in the Sierra Nevada mountains.  It was a wonderful find, being able to see a place that I love intensely, through his eyes.  It helped me get to know him just a little better after so many years.  I scanned some of them to my computer and would like to share a few with those who might like to see.
